When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the city you are ordering from, it could take 2-7 days for delivery. We use Aramex to get product to you as soon as possible.

Where will the order ship from?

All orders ship from our Auckland Warehouse.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Please email our team at hello@balmoralhealthco.com.au with any issues or queries and we will get things sorted out for you quickly.

What is your return policy?

There is no refund for a change of mind. If there is an issue with your order or stock has been damaged, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team on hello@balmoralhealthco.com.au

Do you offer refunds?

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
